ManpowerGroup Greater China Ltd. (2180:HKG) reported chairman and nonexecutive director Darryl Green is resigning from his roles in order to devote more time to his other commitments. Green will step down after the end of the company’s annual meeting on 29 June.

In turn, the company announced Colin Patrick Alan Jones is going to be appointed as nonexecutive director and a member of the audit committee subject to approval by shareholders. In addition, John Thomas McGinnis, who presently served on the board as a director, will be appointed chairman.

Jones is head of legal for Asia Pacific and the Middle East for ManpowerGroup Inc. He has held those roles since January 2016. Jones was admitted to the New York state bar in 1994 and prior to ManpowerGroup has worked at global law firms and as in-house counsel at several companies. Jones also serves as a professor at Doshisha Law School in Kyoto, Japan.
