Australia – Talent International reports revenue up 25%

08 February 2022

Australia-based Talent International announced in an update that global revenue increased by 25% for the six months period ended 31 December 2021 to AUD 432 million (USD 307.54 million).

At the same time, EBITDA increased over the year by 118% to AUD 13.7 million (USD 9.75 million).

In the group’s largest region APAC, revenue increased by 24% and EBITDA by 94%.

The group attributed the growth to several factors including the continued shift towards technology from a peripheral function to the core of every business. This shift has accelerated during the past two years and is expected to continue providing unprecedented tailwinds, Talent International stated.

Talent added that it is also seeing strong growth in its technology consulting business, Avec, and its managed solutions business, Talent Solutions. Talent’s non-APAC businesses (UK, Berlin, and New York) are also gaining strong traction in their respective markets.

Talent Non-Executive Chairman, Paul Batchelor, said. “I am delighted to see the evolution and continued development of the company.  We are hitting our stride across different areas of the business and I am particularly excited to see the growth in our newer business streams. Talent is well positioned for continued growth in all our markets and businesses.”

Talent Global CEO, Mark Nielsen, said, “These results are an indication of the realisation of our bold strategy and strength of our team. However, they should be seen in context that this market is one of the most buoyant markets we have experienced. It is therefore important we remain humble, continue to focus on our vision, mission and values and build the most sustainable and successful business we can.”
