Go2 People Ltd. (GO2:ASX), a Perth, Australia-based provider of recruitment and training services, announced Monday that Tony Fitzpatrick has resigned as nonexecutive director effective immediately.

Fitzpatrick was one of the three founders of Skill Hire in 1996. Go2 People had acquired that company in May 2021; Fitzpatrick transitioned to Go2’s board after the acquisition and has served as chair of the remuneration and nomination committee.

Skill Hire was a provider of blue-collar employment services.
