Japanese technical staffing firm Altech Corp. (4641:JP) reported revenue today for the first quarter ended 31 March 2024 of JPY 11.84 billion (USD 75.9 million), an increase of 6.3% when compared to the same period last year.

Altech Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, provides professional staffing services in the technical sector, primarily in Japan. The company also offers total staffing solutions for the healthcare sector and operates and manages private residential homes with nursing care.
Revenue in the outsourcing service business increased by 9.7% compared to the same period. At the same time, revenue in the global business was down 33.1% over the year.
Looking ahead the company forecasted revenue of JPY 49.50 billion (USD 317.57 million) for the year ended 31 December 2024.
Altech Corp shares closed at JPY 2,799.00 (USD 17.96), down 1.51% on the day and 10.86% below its 52-week high of JPY 3,140.00 (USD 20.15), set on 23 June 2023. The company has a market cap of JPY 61.80 billion (USD 396.50 million).
