Hiremii Ltd. (HMI:ASX), a Perth, Australia-based recruitment firm, hired Kevin Reece as its new chief commercial officer. Reece has more than 20 years of experience.

Reece was instrumental in growing a venture capital-backed software-as-a-service company to exit and consulted on go-to-market and sales strategy for an ASX-listed software business and a mining innovation company. He also served as CEO of APE Mobile and as chief customer officer at Last Yard.

“His extensive experience and proven track record in technology businesses coupled with his focus on growth and strategy will be invaluable as we commercialise our technology,” said Hiremii Managing Director Andrew Hornby. “We are confident that Mr. Reece will play a critical role in attracting opportunities, developing the business and delivering on our growth objectives.”

Hiremii is a recruitment company with two components: a platform that uses artificial intelligence to automate and improve recruitment and onboarding processes, and Inverse Group, a recruitment business that provides white-collar recruitment services to the energy, resources and technology sectors.
