GO2 People (GO2: ASX), a provider of vertically integrated recruitment and building services throughout Australia and New Zealand, announced that its securities will be placed in a trading halt at its own request, pending the release of an announcement.

Unless the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) decides otherwise, the securities will remain in the trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 9 November 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

The company previously announced a trading halt in February 2022 in relation to material government contract wins.

On 28 October, the group published an update for the first quarter ended 30 September 2022. The group posted record quarter of cash receipts from customers at AUD 21.63 million (USD 13.87 million). GO2 People said the recruitment division performed strongly, with significant momentum building towards the back end of the quarter.

On Thursday, GO2 People Ltd shares closed at AUD 0.011 (USD 0.007), no change on the day and 10.00% above its 52-week low of AUD 0.01 (USD 0.0065), set on 2 November 2022. The company has a market cap of AUD 4.47 million (USD 2.88 million).
