AD1 Holdings Limited (ASX: AD1), announced the appointment of Todd Perkinson to the role of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary effective today.

Perkinson has over 20 years’ experience across various industries as CFO and other executive management levels. His previous roles have been with Damstra Technology, Vault Intelligence, leading healthcare agencies across both Australia & New Zealand, Rank Group (Graeme Hart’s enterprises) and 7-8 years working within insurance markets in the UK.

As part of the appointment, Justin Mouhcacca has stepped down as Company Secretary today.

“The Board wishes to thank Mr Mouchacca for his time with the Company over the past year and wishes him all the best in the future,” the group stated.

On February, the group reported operating revenue stood at AUD 3.5 million (USD 2.35 million) in the H1 period, up 15.2% over the prior corresponding period.
