ManpowerGroup has announced the internal appointment of Richard Fischer as Managing Director for its Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia markets.

Fischer will succeed Lincoln Crawley, who will continue with ManpowerGroup in a strategic advisory role as Advisory Board Chairman.

Fischer had served as General Manager of Experis in Australia following the acquisition of Greythorn in June 2015.

"It's been a privilege to lead the Manpower Group business and after 18 enjoyable years I am pleased to continue to support our accelerated growth in a strategic advisory capacity," Crawley said. "I am taking time off from business to focus on my health and will be working two days a week.”
