Asia-Pacific – Allegis Group finalises acquisition of Talent2

15 July 2014

Allegis Group, the largest staffing firm in the US, announced yesterday that it has completed its acquisition of Talent2, an HR business process outsourcing (BPO) company in the Asia-Pacific region.

In September of 2012, Allegis Group formed a joint venture with Morgan & Banks Investments Pty Limited to privatise Talent2.

The acquisition of Talent2 cements Allegis Group's footprint in the Asia Pacific region. With Talent2's presence in the Asia Pacific region, combined with Allegis Group's dominant position in North America and growing presence in the Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) region, the organisation has further extended its global reach.

Global expansion is a key to Allegis Group's future success, and increasing its footprint in the Asia-Pacific market is a critical component of that strategy. The company claims that, beyond geographic presence, Talent2's commitment to building a culture of high-performing, passionate people aligns with Allegis Group's long-standing philosophy.

As part of Allegis Group, Talent2 is looking to further strengthen its business in the Asia Pacific region by seeking talent to join the organisation. This means actively recruiting to fill a number of key roles in the region with individuals who can help build a long-term business. Current leadership and staff will work together to ensure Talent2 and Allegis Group continue to provide best in class service to clients and candidates around the globe.

All Allegis Group businesses in the Asia Pacific region, including Talent2, will continue to operate in that market. The existing leadership of the businesses will remain as well.
