104 Corp. (3130:TAI), a Taipei-based firm that provides online job advertising, announced CEO Rocky Yang will retire effective 31 December 2023.

The company did not announce a replacement for Yang. Yang founded 104 Corp. in 1996.

104 Corp. also announced it has appointed Stacey Hung as new CFO. Hung’s experience includes CFO for Microsoft Hong Kong and Taiwan, and Commercial Finance Director for Microsoft Japan.

Last month, 104 Corp. reported operating revenue for the third quarter of 2023 amounted to TWD 628.7 million (USD 19.4 million), an 8.12% year-over-year increase, setting a new quarterly revenue record.
