Shweta Palekar joined Staffing Industry Analysts in 2020 as a Research Analyst and will be working alongside Brian Wallins in covering IT staffing, Human Cloud and Workforce solutions M&A.

Prior to this she worked as a Senior Analyst for 4 years at a private wealth management firm in San Francisco, managing the investment process and portfolio analysis for High Net worth Individuals.

Born and bred in India, Shweta has worked in valuations for consulting and hedge fund companies. In 2014, she moved to the U.S. and pursued an International diploma in Business Administration at UC Berkeley. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance with honors from Saint Mary’s College of California and has passed CFA level II exam.
