The David Aplin Group acquired CompuStaff, an IT recruitment firm based in Toronto with a presence in Montreal and the US. The move aims to deepen the David Aplin Group’s capabilities in the IT segment.

“As staffing needs continue to evolve, especially as companies embrace digital transformation coming out of the pandemic, CompuStaff and David Aplin Group are well-positioned to create a stronger and more robust IT recruitment offering,” said Jeff Aplin, president and CEO, David Aplin Group.

Plans call for the businesses to integrate over the next six to nine months.

The David Aplin Group has eight offices in Canada with its headquarters in Calgary, Alberta. It was founded in 1975.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.
