Effective May 24, April Hansen will oversee workforce solutions strategies across all Aya’s brands including strategic business development, program management, client services, recruitment process outsourcing and clinical services.

“The pandemic stretched our nation’s healthcare delivery organizations and staffing agencies to new limits,” Hansen said. “I’m tremendously honored to work with healthcare leaders to design sustainable and innovative workforce strategies that will deliver high-quality talent into the future.”

A strong proponent of lifelong learning, Hansen in 2018 created the Aya Scholars Program, a clinical ladder and professional recognition model for travel nurses. She also oversees the clinical and quality outcomes of more than 19,000 workers on assignment across the US.

Hansen was recognized on Staffing Industry Analyst’s Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing list in 2020 and the “40 Under 40” list in 2019.

Cross Country

At Cross Country, Phillip Noe replaces CIO Bill Hanlon, who is retiring.

“Phil’s appointment reflects the ongoing evolution of our digital transformation at Cross Country,” Cross Country co-founder and CEO Kevin Clark said. “His extensive experience in information technology spans every aspect of the software engineering lifecycle.”

Noe will report to Clark.

Prior to joining Cross Country, Noe held similar leadership roles at Vaco LLC, The Adecco Group, Advanced Solutions Practice Consulting Group and Fidelity National Information Services.
