Nomad Health, an online platform focused on healthcare staffing, named Liming Zhao as chief technology officer. Prior to Nomad, Liming was most recently co-founder and chief technology officer of Frontier Signal and before that he was chief technology officer of real estate platform Compass.

MDstaffers, a physician staffing firm based in Sacramento, California, appointed Shane Ross as senior director of client services. Ross started as a physician recruiter at CompHealth and ultimately moved into leadership positions and became director of physician recruitment for Adventist Health, a large integrated healthcare system in the western US.
