Japan-based Knowledge Suite this month announced that it will acquire all the shares of Victus, a Japanese engineering staffing (or “dispatching“) firm.

The acquisition price is JPY 317 million (US$2.8 million) and the expected acquisition date is Oct. 1.

Knowledge Suite is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and provides cloud services to promote productivity improvement within sales activities.

“By incorporating Victus, we will secure IT human resources and expand our earnings base,” Knowledge Suite stated.
