NES Fircroft, a global provider of engineering staffing serving energy and other industries, completed its acquisition of Polarities Co. Ltd., a Tokyo-based firm that provides advisory and outsourcing services to companies entering Japan across industries, including staffing.

“With over USD 16 billion of investment going into energy development in Japan, this acquisition will allow our clients to partake in one of Asia’s largest markets with the peace of mind that all regulations are expertly taken care of,” said Matt Underhill, managing director, Asia Pacific, at NES Fircroft.

NES Fircroft, headquartered in the UK, has been operating in Asia for 20 years, and the company said the acquisition of Polarities builds upon that. Polarities also had experience having operated locally in Tokyo for more than 20 years.

Earlier this year, NES Fircroft acquired Evolve Scientific Recruitment, a firm based in Australia.
