Staffing 360 Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: STAF), a staffing provider operating in the US and UK, today announced CFO David Faiman will leave the company by 31 December 2019.

Faiman joined Staffing 360 in 2016.

“After more than three years of trusted partnership, David has been an instrumental part of the management team that has taken the company’s revenues from approximately $100 million to today’s $300 million, including four acquisitions,” said Chairman and CEO Brendan Flood. “During David’s tenure, we have refinanced the entire business.”

Flood added, "We have begun the search for a successor who will work to help us achieve our previously stated goal of generating $500 million in profitable revenues. We are well positioned with a strong operational and financial foundation to continue to achieve our strategic goals and create shareholder value.”

Staffing 360 last month reported second-quarter revenue rose with a boost from acquisitions but was down on an organic basis.
