Staffing Industry Analysts hosts its 2018 Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Summit Europe in London today.  The theme of the conference is exploring the intersection of talent and technology as both are rapidly changing the way work gets done globally.

This year’s summit was opened with three inspiring CWS Talks, based on “TED" talk style sessions.

The talks challenged contemporary thinking asking the audience to prepare for what’s next, how we relate to data and data modelling, how legislative change can be used to bring an organization together with introduction of the IR35 across the private sector of UK  and  concluded with tips on managing global teams and programmes with technology.

Throughout the day there will be facilitated roundtable discussions, concurrent sessions with a multitude of panels that examine contingent workforce solutions from different perspectives.

SIA’s CWS Summit continues tomorrow and is followed by ‘Collaboration on the Gig Economy’ which starts tomorrow and continues until 26 April. For the full agenda, click here.
