Professional staffing provider Resources Connection Inc. (NASDAQ: RECN), which operates as Resources Global Professionals, reported CFO Herbert Mueller has resigned effective 23 August 2019.

Mueller signed a consulting agreement with the company to provide services on a reduced basis from his home in the US.

Replacing Mueller on an interim basis will be Jennifer Ryu, who presently serves as senior VP of finance and accounting; she will report to the CEO.

Ryu joined Resources Connection in April from Young’s Holdings, a privately owned distributor and importer of wine and spirits, where she was chief accounting officer. Ryu spent five years at Young’s, and prior to that served as director of external reporting at Kaiser Aluminum.

Resources Connection ranks as the 35^th-largest US staffing firm in terms of annual revenue, according to an SIA report. Last month, the company reported revenue of $729.0 million in its fiscal year ended 25 May 2019.
