World – Randstad CEO calls for the need for an ‘inclusive, agile and adaptable future labour market’

06 June 2017

Randstad CEO Jacques van den Broek is set to speak at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Forum on the ’Bridging Divides in the Future of Work’, which will take place on 6-7 June 2017.

During the forum, van den Broek will also participate in the sessions the ‘Gig economy’ and ’Inclusiveness in the Future of Work’.

“Randstad believes everybody should have access to decent work providing people with security in work and income,” van den Broek said. “At the same time, workers and companies alike need flexibility in when, where and how we work. This means the inclusive and competitive labour market we want for our future, should be agile and adaptable. By combining a variety of decent employment contracts with modern social security and accessible employability schemes, we can reach that goal and provide sustainable prosperity for as many people as possible.”
