Adecco Group announced that it has appointed Nadezhda Vasileva as its chief executive officer (CEO) of Adecco Bulgaria. Vasileva joined Adecco Bulgaria in 2017 and has been serving as permanent placement team lead and then a director. She had previous experience with Provident Financial Bulgaria and MKB Unionbank.

NHS Professionals, the UK's government-owned temporary staff supplier to the National Health Service, announced that it has appointed Helen Ives as Chief People Officer. Ives was previously Chief People Officer at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board. She has also held HR roles in the Maersk Group, Suffolk City Council, and the Connect Group.

Workforce technology and services platform Matrix has appointed Roger Clements as chief marketing officer to lead the company’s transformational growth agenda. In his role, Clements will be tasked with elevating Matrix’s position in the market, implementing a new strategic direction focused on product innovation and strategic customer engagement; enabling further accelerated growth as the business continues to extend its reach of markets and services across both public and private sectors. Clements brings over 25 years’ experience within the field of human capital management and digitally enabled workforce solutions. Clements experience includes roles at RJC Dynamics Limited, Sopra Steria and NHS Shared Business Services.

UK-based recruitment technology company Clu announced that it has appointed Emily Foges as Senior Advisor and Chair of the company to drive a strategic step change as the company prepares for its first major investment round. Her career spans over 25 years and includes senior roles at Deloitte, BetFair, BT Retail and Equifax. Clu is a skills-based platform using psychology and machine learning to transform how companies engage with talent.
