US-based engineering consulting and staffing provider Belcan LLC announced the acquisition of Sitec Design Ltd. and Sitec Recruitment Ltd., together known as the Sitec Group, a UK-based engineering services and technical recruitment supplier.

Terms of the transaction, which closed on 1 February 2019, were not disclosed.

Sitec's technical recruitment business provides services to a wide range of sectors, with longstanding relationships spanning industry-leading companies.
