Acacium Group, the London-based healthcare and clinical/scientific staffing provider, announced that it has acquired Sanctuary Recruitment, an Australian-based aged care recruitment consultancy.

The price of the transaction was not disclosed.

Sanctuary is a specialist aged care recruitment organization, providing a personalised and professional service to clients and candidates across Australia.

The deal gives Acacium Group a substantially larger presence in Australia, expanding the staffing offering to clients and strengthening the group’s position as a leading global healthcare delivery partner. The group has services and staffing operations across the US, Europe, Asia and Australia.

In the last two years, Acacium Group has successfully acquired and integrated US-based healthcare staffing firm Favorite Healthcare Staffing, R&D Partners, a specialist in placing highly skilled contractors in the areas of scientific and clinical research and Dunn Regulatory Associates, a specialist provider of regulatory strategy services.
