A new recruitment firm, Sitka Recruitment, which specialises in executive roles, has been launched in Cardiff, reports the Insider Media. The executive recruitment firm was established by Ita McNeil Jones and Karen Birch, who both share nearly 30 years of recruitment experience. Jones and Birch have previously worked with Hays.
