20 September 2016

Welsh technology recruiter CPS group has launched an executive search division and appointed Alexander Lloyd to lead the group, reports BusinessNewsWales.

CPS group’s launch of the executive search firm is part of its plan to grow/increase its turnover to £13 million this year.

The group will draw on Lloyd’s 17 years of experience in the executive search field.

“Over the past 17 years, I have worked with over 200 mature businesses and hyper growth start-ups in established and emerging markets across the world, supporting them with multiple candidates ranging from senior executives and thought leaders to specialist project teams,” Lloyd said.

“I’m delighted to be able to bring this experience and my contacts to the CPS Group team. The business already has an industry-leading reputation and a great track record of working globally so I’m excited about the potential this new division has.”

CPS Group was founded in 2003 by Jason Grandin and Spencer Symmons and specialises in sourcing and supplying permanent and interim staff for the IT, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Engineering sectors.

We have ambitious growth plans in place for the next five years and our new Executive Search division will play an instrumental role in helping us achieve our aspirations,” Grandin said. “With Alexander’s enviable experience and global network, and the infrastructure we have in place at CPS Group, we believe we have an unrivalled offering.”
