The owners of UK recruitment agency Hoffmann Carluchi announced the acquisition of Umbrella Check. A contractor supply chain compliance organisation based in the UK.

Hoffmann Carluchi specialises in sourcing top-tier Sales professionals for companies across the umbrella space and has dedicated 25 years to the sector.

Umbrella Check notes that Hoffmann Carluchi owners Marco Carluchi and Pascual Ariza-Hoffmann bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep-rooted connection to the industry and have witnessed first-hand the dynamic shifts brought about by legislative changes, including IR35, GDPR, and the criminal finance act.
