UK and Ireland – Adecco Group announces new senior positions

Adecco Group UK & Ireland has created three new senior positions with the aim of strengthening its offering in professional and general staffing and to drive business performance, with internal candidates promoted to fill the roles.

The three new senior positions are: President of Professional Staffing, President of General Staffing and President of Group Operations.

Effective 1 September 2016, Nicola Linkleter will become President of Professional Staffing, Alex Fleming will become President of General Staffing, and Chris Moore will become President of Group Operations.

Nicola Linkleter, who currently holds the position of Managing Director, Badenoch & Clark, will provide overall leadership for the technology solutions division of Ajilon, Badenoch & Clark, Computer People, Judd Farris, Modis, Roevin, and Spring Technology and Telecommunications. Linkleter worked at Badenoch & Clark for the last 10 years.

Alex Fleming, who is currently Managing Director of Adecco Retail and Adecco Corporate, will take up the new position of President of General Staffing. Fleming will provide overall leadership for Adecco Retail, Adecco Corporate and Office Angels. Since joining Adecco in 1997, Alex has held senior roles within Adecco Group’s general staffing brands and she was named Managing Director of Adecco Retail and Spring Personnel in 2013.

Chris Moore will take on the new position of President of Group Operations. Moore will lead the development for candidate experience, as well as driving performance improvement and managing the PMO (Project Management Office) and business change teams. Chris has been in the industry for more than 20 years, with the last 7 years served at the Adecco Group, where he has held senior leadership positions in both professional staffing, general staffing and managed services, as well as Group-wide roles in sales, marketing and change management.
