Tribal Group Plc (TRB:LSE), the provider of technology products and services to the education, learning and training markets, has announced the appointment of Keith Evans as Chief Executive with immediate effect.

Evans was appointed to the board as Chief Operating Officer in February 2011 having previously been Group Commercial Director. He joined Tribal in October 2009 from Euromedic UK, a provider of clinical diagnostic services, where he was Chief Executive. Evans was previously managing director of Mercury Health, the healthcare business sold by Tribal in April 2007.
