Templine Employment Agency, a Birmingham-based recruiter, announced that it has agreed to buy Nation Recruit, a recruitment agency based in Wales.

Nation Recruit was established in 1995 by managing director Lynne Fattah and specialises in the recruitment of temporary and permanent industrial staff.

According to Insider Media, following the conclusion of the deal, Fattah will retire from the business.

Templine, part of the Siamo Group, was founded in 1984 and provides temporary workers such warehouse staff, forklift truck operatives, machine supervisors, general labour and drivers.

"Becoming part of Templine is great news for Nation Recruit’s clients and staff as it provides a significant opportunity for future growth,” Fattah said.

No further details of the transaction were disclosed.
