Elements Talent Solutions, a talent acquisition consultancy, received a £3.5 million investment from Business Growth Fund, an investor in small and medium-sized companies. Elements will use the funds to accelerate its growth across Europe, the US and the Asia-Pacific region.

Elements “embedded model” involves Elements consultants working on-site within the client’s hiring function throughout the hiring process.

Elements’ clients include global brands such as Spotify, iZettle, GoCardless, Just Eat and King.com (the company behind the game “Candy Crush”), according to BGF.

Elements launched in 2007 as DigiMobJobs, working with Scandinavian-based Skype and, shortly after that, with Spotify. It rebranded in 2016 to Elements and now operates out of offices in Camden, North London.
