Knutsford-based technical staffing agency Talascend has been acquired in a management buy-out, reports Insider Media. Andy Rowlands, who has previously held the role of managing director at Talascend, has now acquired the business with Secure Trust Bank providing funding to support the deal. Talascend has additional offices in London, India, Switzerland and Abu Dhabi. No further details of the transaction were disclosed.
