UK – Staffline Group’s non-executive director and former CEO steps down

05 June 2018

Staffline (STAF:LSE), the staffing and employability organisation, announced that Andy Hogarth has decided to step down as a non-executive director of Staffline Group plc with effect from 30 June 2018, in order to explore other business opportunities.

Hogarth joined the group as finance director in 2002, became managing director in 2003, and was appointed CEO when Staffline listed on the AIM market in December 2004.

According to Staffline, during Hogarth’s leadership, the business grew from a revenue of £40 million to more than £950 million (£957.8 million) in 2017.

Chris Pullen, who replaced Hogarth as Chief Executive Officer earlier this year, commented, "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Andy for his valuable contribution in driving the group's significant growth over the past fourteen years. On a personal note, I am very grateful for the support and guidance given to me by Andy following my appointment as Chief Executive Officer in January 2018. On behalf of the Board, I wish Andy all the best for the future".
