Glasgow-based recruitment firm Search Consultancy reported turnover of £221 million for the full year 2018, up 20.1% from £184 million in FY 2017.

EBITDA stood at £8.8 million, up 39.7% from 6.3 million the year before. Net fee income rose 28.1% to £52.8 million from £41.2 million the year prior.

The company said revenue was boosted by last year’s acquisition of Henderson Scott, a specialist provider of executive search and recruitment solutions in technology.

Stuart Dick, Search Group CFO, commented, “We’re delighted by the results we’ve seen emerge from our work in 2018 and this is testament to our people and their efforts throughout the year.”
