UK – Russell Taylor Holdings acquires Perpetual Partnerships

Russell Taylor Holdings Ltd, a UK-headquartered engineering, construction and logistics recruiter, has acquired Cheshire recruitment firm Perpetual Partnerships.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Perpetual Partnerships, the recruitment arm of the Cygnet Group, an engineering business with headquarters in Northwich, works in several recruitment sectors, providing mainly high-level placements in sectors including manufacturing, IT and architectural. With a £2 million turnover, the business currently employs 13 staff.

Managing director Garry Rogerson, who is also a shareholder, will continue to head up the operation at Perpetual Partnerships.

Russell Taylor’s investment will see a targeted growth plan for Perpetual Partnerships.

Ben Russell, chief executive at Russell Taylor Holdings Ltd, said, “There will be no changes to the day-to-day operations with all employees, senior management and clients.”

Russell Taylor Holdings Ltd has subsidiary companies of Russell Taylor Group, Recruit Right, Nexus People, NMS Recruit and Assist Resourcing, spanning sectors covering engineering, construction, industrial, commercial, transport, logistics and distribution. The group employs around 457 staff and. in 2018. had revenue of more than £113 million.
