A UK-based man, John Phillips, who conned jobseekers out of thousands of pounds as part of a recruitment scam, is continuing to charge jobseekers for non-existent jobs, reports the BBC. While his previous scam was discovered last year, it appeared that he was not arrested and is now operating under the name of Roy Parker. BBC London has contacted various victims of the scam while police have called for his arrest. Phillips charged £480 a time in "accreditation fees" and his been carrying out the scam since 2012.
