The Curve Group, a UK-based recruitment and HR outsourcing firm, has announced that it has been appointed to provide recruitment and training outsource services to Provident Personal Credit Limited, which is part of the Provident Financial Group.

The Curve Group will be managing a large-scale campaign for Provident; assisting it in engaging and on-boarding approximately 3,000 customer experience managers across the UK in 2017. This will include delivering a training program to all those engaged in the new roles which amounts to over 17,000 delegate training days. The company also stated that they will be transitioning more than 4,500 self-employed agents to a fully employed model.
