Staffordshire-based construction recruitment specialist PSR Solutions has undergone a management buyout (MBO) after securing a £10 million funding deal, reports Insider Media.  The company intends to further expand its domestic operations following the cash injection from HSBC. The funding package includes £7.5 million of invoice financing and a term loan to support the MBO. PSR expects to increase its turnover by 25% over the next year. The company places candidates into market-leading regional contractors as well as national and multinational blue-chip clients.
