Executive search and recruitment firm Norman Broadbent (NBB: LSE) announced that it has appointed William Gerrand as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and will be joining the Board with immediate effect.

Gerrand, a chartered accountant, replaces James Webber, who is stepping down to pursue other interests.  Gerrand has held senior finance positions at MPS Group, HB Healthcare Group, Sharp Electronics, Hudson Global Resources and Proco Global.

Norman Broadbent reported revenue of £3.29 million for the six months ended 30 June 2017. The group has recently undergone significant restructuring including changes in personnel, offerings and processes across the business during the H1 period.
