Newco, backed by UK-investment firm Sullivan Street Partners, has acquired Celsus Group, a UK-based provider of medical staffing and locum staffing.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Celsus Group sources medical talent and services to both the public and private healthcare sectors including primary care providers, NHS hospitals and local authorities. It also provides locum GPs. Celsus Group will be one of the latest additions to Sullivan Street’s portfolio.
