UK-headquartered staffing firm NES Global Talent announced that it has acquired US-based Bedrock Petroleum Consultants.

Based in Lafayette, Louisiana, US, Bedrock is a specialist provider of outsourced supervisory and operational personnel to the US onshore oil and gas market.

No details of the transaction were disclosed.

According to NES, Bedrock’s local expertise working across all the major Oil & Gas plays in the continental US will further strengthen NES’s position as the engineering and technical talent provider of choice for Oil & Gas staffing across the Americas.

Bedrock added that with the entire team joining NES, current clients and consultants can expect no immediate changes to operations.

In June this year, NES Global Talent acquired US-based Redbock LLC, a talent provider to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices industries.
