UK – Morson Group acquires recruitment firm Anderselite

UK-based engineering recruitment firm Morson Group announced yesterday the acquisition of Anderselite Holdings, the parent company Anderselite Ltd, which provides recruitment services to the construction, civil engineering, facilities management and rail sectors.

Anderselite is headquartered in Southampton, UK and was founded in 1984. The company has six regional offices across the UK providing permanent, temporary and contract blue and white collar recruitment services to companies within the construction and rail sectors. Anderselite had previously been part of listed US staffing firm CDI Corp but completed a management buyout in 2016.

Under the agreement Anderselite will become a wholly owned subsidiary within the Morson Group maintaining its own brand and contracts whilst working alongside other Morson Group companies.
