The Montreux Healthcare Fund, a firm that invests in the UK specialist care space, announced that it has purchased Wales-based Jane Lewis, also known as Chester Healthcare Limited.

Established in 1987 in north Wales and now with branches across England and Wales, the Jane Lewis nursing agency provide flexible and professional healthcare solutions to a wide variety of clients across both public and private settings.

The acquisition, for an undisclosed sum, sees Jane Lewis join the fund’s neurological care platform, Active Assistance. The acquisition is expected to expand its offering and enter new geographies.

Becky Garnett-Buchma, managing director of Jane Lewis, will continue to lead the business following the acquisition.
