McGinley Construction, Engineering & Property (CEP) has acquired London-based construction recruiter, First Choice.

No financial details were disclosed.

McGinley CEP said that it felt First Choice’s service delivery and established client relationships, built up over its 15-year history, was the perfect business to join it in its ambitious growth plans.

As part of the deal, McGinley will be introducing a new group leadership team to accelerate First Choice’s growth.  McGinley will also be implementing its ISO accredited policies, procedures and processes to safeguard the business and its people via its central services team based at its Watford Headquarters. First Choice employees will also enjoy the company benefits and developmental opportunities that McGinley offers to its staff.
