Bath-based recruitment firm Juice Recruitment announced that it has named Emma Summers as the company’s new CEO.

Emma Summers founder and managing director of Juice Recruitment in 1998, prior to this was Chair of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development for Bath and West Wilts.

Juice Recruitment also announced that it has appointed Vicky Kingston as its new managing director, succeeding Summers.

Kingston has been with Juice since 2009, most recently as sales director. Kingston will be overseeing the development plans to further expand the South West recruitment firm with investment in extensive hires and new business wins.

Summers, with Kingston, will be responsible for the strategic development of the organisation.

“Having built Juice over the last twenty years, there was only ever one person that I wanted to manage the organisation for me and that was Vicky,” Summers said. “Championing Juice’s journey, I am so pleased to see Vicky take the business into even more successful areas – exciting times!”
