Indigo Group announced it has acquired the majority of shares and assets of BMSL Group, a recruitment firm based in the UK.

With operational bases in London and Cardiff, Indigo is a provider of commercial contracting, worker engagement and payroll solutions.

Established in 1996, BMSL provides recruitment services in the building services, construction, rail and engineering industries throughout the UK.

Both Indigo and BMSL will continue to operate as separate divisions of the Group. Ian Cole-Wilkins will continue as Group Chief Executive, and there will be no changes to existing management or team structures. It is very much business as usual for all parts of the business.

“BMSL is a stable, well-run business with a strong geographic footprint and complements our long-term strategy perfectly. I am delighted they can now be counted on as part of the Indigo Group,” Ian Cole-Wilkins, Indigo Group CEO, said.

Tony Shipley, Managing Director of BMSL, said, “I am incredibly excited about what joining the Indigo Group means for myself and the BMSL team moving forward. I am confident that the enlarged business and its wider range of services and solutions will create great opportunities for future growth.”

Cole-Wilkins will continue as Group Chief Executive of Indigo, and there will be no changes to existing management or team structures. Further financial details were not disclosed.
