Bristol-based privately-held recruitment firm ISL Recruitment reported revenue for the full year 2018 of £3.8 million, an increase of 21% compared to the previous year.

Founded in 2007, the company specialises in the recruitment of highly skilled and experienced professionals for clients in the IT/Technology and Engineering sectors.

ISL also reported that it doubled its new contract business during the last 12 months and has seen its average revenue from clients increase by 26%. The company says that a large part of this growth has come from ISL’s technology scale-up clients across the UK.

ISL director, Alan Furley, commented, “Our aim in 2019 is to build on our work with scale-up clients, advising them on their recruitment planning while they cope with significant organisational change.”
