UK – IQNavigator announces strategic alliance with Elevate

IQNavigator, an independent provider of non-employee workforce management solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with Elevate, a UK-based direct sourcing platform with innovative technology that helps clients source, hire and manage their contractor workforce.

Through the alliance, joint customers will be able to leverage the strengths of IQNavigator’s vendor management system (VMS), along with Elevate’s smart candidate management technology.

According to a recent report from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), 60% of organisations that had vacancies experienced recruitment difficulties in the last year, and two-thirds reported they had noticed an increase in the number of unsuitable applicants. 

These issues are forcing recruiters to turn to technology to help reshape their recruitment efforts by adopting improved candidate and job matching abilities. This growing reliance on smart technology comes at a time when talent acquisition leaders are being asked to do more with less. In addition to addressing the widening gap between hiring volumes and budgets, they must also ensure compliance with the latest labour regulations recently introduced in the EU.
