Pinnacle Staffing Group (PCL:LSE), the healthcare recruitment specialist, has announced that as of 25 March 2011 David Hope has tendered his resignation as Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director of the company, having previously agreed with the company a reduction in his notice period from 6 months to 28 days.

The company says in a statement "following the disposal of the Nursing and Medical Services businesses in September 2010, the main focus of David's role has been working to reduce the onerous contract commitments retained by the company as well as negotiating new financing facilities to support the ongoing Doctors recruitment business."

"Now that this work has largely been completed, David has notified the board of his intention to resign as a Director of the company on 22 April 2011 to pursue a new opportunity."
