UK – Endless acquires Affinity Workforce from Capita

Endless Fund IV has acquired CER Staffing Solutions Limited, which is trading as Affinity Workforce, and all associated subsidiaries from Capita plc.

The acquisition price was not disclosed.

Affinity Workforce is a UK public sector recruitment specialist that operates across Education, Healthcare and Social Care.

It comprises of three brands in its education recruitment division including Monarch Education which deals with short-term, long-term and permanent education roles; CER which deals with  supply, fixed-term contract and permanent education jobs; and Quality Teachers which operates with interim and permanent education positions across the UK.

For its Healthcare division, it comprises of 4FRONT and Team24. For its Social Care division, it comprises of Medicare First.

Endless states that it will support management, led by Affinity Workforce CEO Nicola McQueen, in achieving their goals for Affinity Workforce. This includes providing strategic, commercial, operational and financial assistance, particularly as it transitions to a standalone business and looks to grow.

Endless are focused on buyouts, non-core businesses, refinancings and turnarounds and target UK headquartered businesses with a turnover between £10 million and £1 billion.

Capita resourcing will continue to operate under the Capita brand and was not included in the sale.
