UK-based international executive search firm DHR International announced that it acquired Cooper+Logan, a US-based fashion boutique executive search firm, according to Hunt Scanlon.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cooper+Logan, founded in 2008 by managing partners Susan Cooper and Tricia Logan, specialises in the selection of senior-level design, merchandising and creative services candidates for “brand-centric” clients. The firm’s client base ranges from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar companies.

DHR stated that with the addition of the two new managing partners, Cooper and Logan, the acquisition strengthens DHR’s retail/fashion industry and functional expertise.
